Kagoshima Trip Day 3

On the third day we took the train the Miyazaki. Our goal was to go to Aojima and explore the geology there, but the typhoon was coming. We bought our tickets in advance and couldn't get a refund so we decided to enjoy the train ride. It was a beautiful one and Mia wasn't too fussy, although there was a long cry. On the way back I walked her up and down the train one time. She greeted all the people on the train as she walked by. A bit later after that, Yuko took her down the train and a sweet grandmother gave her a cookie!

We went to another family bath later that night then braved the horizontal rain to have some gyoza for dinner.
